Advanced Membership Options



Allow internal comments, WhatsApp like messaging and  other team features in a closed and secure envirnment.

  1. Internal Comments
    1. Allowing comments on content enables critical discussion and feedback opportrunities.
    2. Comments can be set to immediate publication or can undergo Moderation by Administrators.
    3. Emails can be generated to inform Administrators of comments.
    4. Comments are also allowed via your own Disqus account. (This can be set up for you).
  2. User Messaging
    1. This feature allows Users to message each other directly.
    2. The format is similar to WhatsApp - without files and images etc.
    3. Additional setup and external data (Firebase) is required.
  3. Team Features
    1. This allows app users to view (depending on setup) other app users details and locations.
    2. You can email or call the user directly using the native features of the mobile device.
    3. If social media is used in the user setup you will be able to link directly to the user page or profile.
    4. Access to view users is controlled by the user groupings and hiearchies.
  4. User Generated Content
    1. This is optional.
    2. Users can add text, video or images.
    3. These can be moderated or viewed by the Administrators and published on the application via the Content Management System
  5. Feedback Forms
    1. Specific forms can be generated to allow feedback.
    2. The administrators can view and download the feedback .
    3. Emails can be sent with the form feedback to any address specified.
